Assumption of Risk

Art and craft activities may involve tools and materials that carry inherent risk. You assume responsibility for your child’s participation.

Waiver of Liability

You release Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio, its owners, and staff from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

Emergency Medical Consent

You authorize us to seek emergency care if needed, and accept financial responsibility for any resulting treatment.

Photo & Media Release

Unless you notify us in writing, you grant us permission to use photos or videos of you and/or your child for marketing and promotional purposes.

Non-Refundable Fees

All tuition, registration fees, and material charges are non-refundable. Missed classes are not credited unless canceled by the studio.

Membership Terms

• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to billing
• Minimum membership term is four (4) months
• Missed classes, holidays, or closures are not prorated

Code of Conduct

Respectful, safe participation is required. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who does not comply with conduct expectations.

Program Cancelation

If we must cancel a class or event, we will do our best to reschedule or issue studio credit.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
