SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the SMS/text message program provided by Bloomfield Learning Center LLC, doing business as Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio, you agree to these terms.

These Terms govern your participation in the Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio SMS program, which provides updates, promotions, reminders, and relevant service information via text message.

9. No Liability for Delays or Undelivered Messages
Carriers and Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your personal information, including your phone number, is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your data.

11. Eligibility

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our messaging platform
