Position: Studio Associate (Part-Time)
Are you creative, social, and love working with people—especially kids and families?
Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio is looking for a part-time Content & Studio Experience Associate who can shine both online and in person. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable crafting content for Instagram as they are chatting with parents or helping kids get messy with paint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to reflect the energy and creativity of our space.
- Design visually appealing posts and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Capture fun, engaging photos and videos during studio classes and events (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes moments).
- Capture fun, high-quality content for social media (photos, short videos, reels, etc.)
- Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to create engaging visuals for promotions
- Write and schedule marketing emails about upcoming events, memberships, and special offers.
- Manage and grow our email list to keep families informed and engaged.
- Conduct light outreach to schools, libraries, and family organizations to promote studio events and build local connections.
- Support special campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and seasonal activities with both digital and on-site support.
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for visitors—answer questions, book parties, assist with class sign-ups, and provide excellent customer service.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔️ Has experience with social media and customer service
✔️ Writes clearly and warmly for emails, captions, and customer communication
✔️ Uses Canva, CapCut, Hubspot(or similar tools), Generative AI with confidence
✔️ Thrives in a creative, kid-friendly, fast-paced environment
✔️ Is friendly, professional, and proactive—online and in person
✔️ Enjoys balancing creative content creation with real-time interactions
