Participation Agreement
By enrolling in any Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio program, you agree to the following terms:
12. Assumption of Risk
Art and craft activities may involve tools and materials that carry risk. You assume all responsibility for your child’s participation.
13. Waiver of Liability
You release Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio, its owners, and staff from all liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.
14. Emergency Medical Consent
You authorize Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio to seek emergency care if needed. You are financially responsible for any medical treatment.
15. Photo and Media Release
Unless you notify us in writing, you grant Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio permission to use photos or videos of you and/or your child for marketing and promotional purposes.
16. Non-Refundable Fees
All tuition, registration fees, and material charges are non-refundable. Missed classes are not credited unless canceled by the studio.
17. Membership Terms
- Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to billing.
- Minimum membership term is four (4) months.
- Missed classes, holidays, or closures are not prorated.
18. Code of Conduct
Respectful, safe participation is required. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who does not comply with conduct expectations.
19. Program Cancelation
If Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio must cancel a class or event, we will do our best to reschedule or issue studio credit.

By enrolling in any activity or program with Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in this Privacy Policy & Participation Agreement.
