Appointments
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Client Cancellation:
No refunds are provided for cancellations. However, clients can reschedule to a later date within 3 months. Please note that no-shows or clients who do not call to cancel will not be offered the option to reschedule.
Studio Cancellation:
In the rare event that Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor illness), clients will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
GROUP APPOINTMENT POLICY
A single student may book a group appointment timeslot and invite others to join, up to the maximum allowed number of enrollments. The student who books the appointment will be responsible for the entire fee. Our staff will not handle splitting the fee among different families; any fee division must be arranged externally.
WHAT TO WEAR
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that may get messy.
- Closed-toe shoes.
- Light jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt in case the classrooms are chilly.
- Please leave jewelry at home – it should not be worn during activities.
- The studio is not responsible for any personal items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure to label your child’s belongings with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP POLICY
Late Pick-Up Agreement:
We understand that delays can happen, but to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and respect for our staff’s time, we’ve implemented the following Late Pick-Up Policy:
- Pick-Up Time: All children must be picked up by the end time of their scheduled class/workshop/camp.
- Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this, late pick-up fees will apply.
- Late Pick-Up Fees:
A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for every minute after the grace period. Payment of this fee is expected at the time of pick-up. - Notification: If you are aware that you will be late, please call the studio at 405-373-6080 as soon as possible. While this does not waive the late fee, it will allow us to reassure your child and make any necessary adjustments.
- Repeated Late Pick-Ups: If late pick-ups become a recurring issue, we may need to discuss alternative arrangements or consider removing the child from the program.
Safety Considerations:
Parents or guardians should escort their child(ren) from the building to the car. During peak times, the parking lot may be crowded, and some children are quite young. Please drive slowly and carefully in the lot and ensure that your child stays inside the building until you are ready to pick them up.

MAKEUP POLICY
Due to our strict student-to-teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition, or refunds. No refunds are provided for missed classes, including scheduled holidays.

- Email
